In an ongoing effort to be innovative and responsive to community needs, Wingspan Care Group has taken the lead with several programs that span the service array of its affiliate partners. By leveraging the expertise of the Wingspan administrative team, in partnership with the clinical expertise of our affiliate partners, we have been able to bring online programs directly impacting the health and wellness of the communities we serve.
Programs
OhioRISE System of Care
Wingspan is the OhioRise Care Management Entity (CME) for Lorain and Medina counties. OhioRISE (Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence) is the state of Ohio’s first highly integrated care program for youth with complex behavioral health and multi-system needs. Designed to improve care and outcomes, OhioRISE helps children and families navigating the intricate systems of mental and behavioral health treatment by placing families at the center of care planning. Emphasizing parent voice and choice, the program supports caregivers in selecting treatment options and using community resources. Depending on the youth’s needs, they will receive one of three levels of care coordination.

Work Well is one of the longest standing employee assistance providers in Cleveland, Ohio.
