Our direct care providers offer integrated physical and mental health care including primary care, dental care, substance abuse services and services for specialty populations including individuals who are homeless and those with Intellectual and development disabilities.

The Wingspan Care Group administrative service team supports a coordinated community-based network of independent human service providers, with a focus on mission-related goals that ensure that agencies operate in a more cost-effective and efficient manner. This model allows our affiliate agencies to focus on the health and wellness of the community.
